Leanne Flower - Founder of Eurika Training & Coaching
Eurika Ttraining & Coaching was founded by Leanne Flower who has achieved academia qualifications in coaching, business studies, marketing and lecturing. With over 15 years practical business experience working for large and small organisations, she has achieved success through managing and motivating teams.
Leanne has also achieved excellent results as a trainer in adult education centres delivering IT and business studies courses. She is currently a lecturing at Northampton University specialising in the recruitment and retention of staff.
Having successfully managed a demanding career with world wide travel, whilst spending quality time caring for her two young children, Leanne is well placed to offer advice on adopting a healthy work-life balance.

Eurika Training & Coaching works with a number of carefully selected associates who provide additional skills when coaching and training are in high demand.
